We have put the exact same amount of all of our CHRISTMAS silicone focal beads (characters included) into a bin, and we pull these scoops directly from that bin. (As we get more Christmas focals in, we restock the bin and add them to it).
Each scoop is guaranteed to include at least 30 silicone focal beads, and we do our best to make sure there are very few duplicates when possible.
